No.1-ranked and unbeaten East Carteret rolled over Princeton, 84-32, in first-round action of the NCHSAA 1-A playoffs Friday evening.
Sam Johnson led the Mariners with 20 points.
Tanner Woodard emerged as the Bulldogs' top scorer with 16 points.
Princeton concluded the year 8-15 overall.
