Cox erupts for 30 points, Princeton girls prevail

PRINCETON -- Princeton guard Charley Cox dropped in a career-high 30 points during a 50-45 win over James Kenan on Tuesday evening.
It was the Carolina 1-A opener for both teams.
The Bulldogs fended off strong play from Maquesha Floyd and Nikki Judge, who combined to score 31 points for the Tigers.
Princeton (3-4 overall, 1-0 CC) visits Neuse Charter on Thursday.
