Artis, Carmon lead Goldsboro to season-opening win

ROCKY MOUNT -- Rasheen Artis led three players in double figures with 19 points, and Goldsboro hammered Rocky Mount Prep, 98-37, in season-opening play Friday evening.
Myron Carmon and Kisheem Faison added 18 and 12 points, respectively. Na'Shir Bowden (nine points), Roonie Tookes (eight), Andre Castille (seven), Jalin Thomas (seven) and Taylin Davis (six) also scored.
