South Central upends C.B. Aycock in ECC 3A-4A football

WINTERVILLE -- South Central scored 51 points on just 44 offensively plays during its 51-22 romp of Charles B. Aycock in Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A Conference action on Friday night.
The Golden Falcons ran 81 offensive plays.
Quarterback TJ Morrow tossed two touchdowns on 21 completions. Chandler Matthews caught six passes for 84 yards. Damien Darden and freshman Luke Frederick each caught a touchdown pass, and Tyrique Ford ran one in score.
But Aycock managed just 68 yards on the ground on 32 carries -- including eight yards on 14 carries from Morrow, the team's leading rusher.
Jermaine Mercer had an interception and R'Keesh Greene had two tackles for loss on defense.
