Midway spikes Rosewood in non-conference play

SPIVEY'S CORNER -- Rosewood handed Midway a 25-21, 25-18, 25-15 non-conference loss on Monday afternoon.
Ada Rivera had 15 assists and Callie Thornton had 15 digs for the Eagles.
Lexi Mercer filled the stat sheet with eight kills, three assists, three blocks, two digs and two aces.
Macy Tyndall and Ashley Thornton each had seven kills for RHS. Hannah Daniels had three kills and six digs.
Rosewood (2-2 overall) entertains Hobbton in the Carolina 1-A Conference opener for both teams today.
