Frasier's game-opening kickoff sparks road shootout

BEAUFORT -- Johnny Frasier took the opening kickoff 87 yards for a touchdown and Princeton fought off East Carteret in a 56-42, non-conference shootout on the Crystal Coast on Friday evening.
Frasier had 118 yards on 15 attempts and caught three passes for 61 yards. The Florida State commit found the end zone once on the ground and through the air.
Princeton senior quarterback Michael Wooten passed for 160 yards and a touchdown, and rushed for another two TDs.
The Bulldogs outscored East Carteret 31-12 in the second half after taking a five-point deficit in to halftime.
Garner Cody led Princeton's defense with 61⁄2 tackles.
