Charles B. aycock alum Michael williams has pulled out of the North Carolina East-West All-star due to personal/family issues.
The game kicks off tonight and is the first of three games in the East-West all-star game festivities this week.
Soccer is Tuesday and football is Wednesday.
Williams was set to be the first Golden Falcon to play in the basketball game since Joseph Pryor in 1995. He would have been the fourth player in C.B. Aycock history selected to an East-West game, and the third in the last three years under coach Tod Morgan.
Williams averaged 25 points and 15 rebounds this past winter and is expected to sign a National Letter of Intent to play at Delaware State in the next few days.
