Rosewood's boys claim 4th straight Carolina 1A golf crown

KENLY -- Nick Adams emerged as the medalist and Rosewood captured its fourth consecutive Carolina 1-A Conference championship on the Cardinal Country Club links Monday afternoon.
Adams posted a 71 for the Eagles and earned all-Carolina Conference honors for the fourth consecutive season. Teammate Dylan Greene received all-conference accolades along with Spring Creek's Kyle Stone, North Duplin's Hunter Brock, Princeton's Joel Hines, James Kenan's Cole Pridgen and Lakewood's tandem of Griffin Faircloth and Tim White.
Rosewood defeated Lakewood by 72 strokes for the team crown.
