Carolina 1A leader Princeton shuts out James Kenan

PRINCETON -- Princeton scored four runs in the first inning and six in the third inning to beat Carolina 1-A Conference foe James Kenan 10-0 in five innings Tuesday evening.
Tori Paul and Savanna Massengill each had two hits and an RBI for the Bulldogs. Carson Braswell, Kasey Johnson, Charley Cox and Taylor Carroll each had one hit.
Hailey Wood surrendered just one hit to James Kenan in the circle.
Princeton (11-4 overall, 8-0 CC) visits Spring Creek on Tuesday.
