Lakewood boys trip up N. Duplin

SALEMBURG -- North Duplin came up short in a 69-64 loss to Carolina 1-A Conference opponent Lakewood on Monday night.
Cedrick Kornegay finished with 17 points for the Rebels. Cody Ivey provided 14 points and Trey Pate had 12. James Britt added 11 points.
North Duplin (4-13 overall, 2-9 CC) travels to Hobbton on Friday.
