Goldsboro boys stop Greene Central

SNOW HILL -- Goldsboro stepped back into the win column with a 51-47 triumph over Eastern Carolina 2-A Conference foe Greene Central on Wednesday evening.
Myron Carmon led the Cougars with 17 points, while backcourt mate Rasheen Artis scored 15 points and picked the Rams for five steals. Tyrique Tyson pulled down eight rebounds.
Goldsboro (12-6 overall, 3-3 ECC) travels to Ayden-Grifton on Friday and is the guest of South Lenoir on Saturday.
