Ivey, Goodman lead Rebels past Wildcats

NEWTON GROVE -- North Duplin jumped out to a 20-point lead in the first quarter and never looked back in a 50-36 win over Hobbton on Wednesday night.
The Rebels picked up their second Carolina 1-A Conference victory of the season in five tries.
Cody Ivey and Daron Goodman led the Rebels with 11 points apiece. Brandon Peterson and Savon Scott each added eight points.
North Duplin (4-7 overall, 2-3 CC) visits Princeton on Friday.
