SW boys endure first ECC loss of year

WINTERVILLE -- South Central defeated Southern Wayne 64-56 in Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A Conference play Tuesday evening.

Jaylen Roberts scored 15 points for the Saints. Tarvis Bradshaw added 13 points and Maurice Butler had 11.

Southern Wayne (7-7 overall, 2-1 ECC) plays host to New Bern on Friday.
