Wayne Country Day dominates Trinity-Raleigh

RALEIGH -- Wayne Country Day swept the singles and doubles courts, and returned home with a 9-0 triumph over Trinity of Raleigh on Monday afternoon.
Gianna Democko, Taylor Willman, Jennifer Potts, Mollie McDonald, Meredith Roethling and Margaux Pope each earned a singles point. Democko-T. Willman, Potts-Ally Willman and McDonald-Roethling each prevailed in their respective doubles match.
The teams played eight-game pro sets in singles and doubles.
WCDS (2-0 overall) plays host to Freedom Christian today.
