Eastern Wayne drops 11-inning road game to New Bern

NEW BERN -- A wild pitch in the 11th inning proved to be the deciding play in New Bern's 3-2, non-conference win over Eastern Wayne on Wednesday night.
Tyler Huetter led the Warriors with one hit and one RBI. Ryan Warren, Zack Smith, M.J. Morgan, Grayson Wells and Ryan Kelly each added one hit.
Warren took the loss on the pitcher's mound.
Eastern Wayne (8-9 overall) visits Eastern Carolina 3-A Conference rival C.B. Aycock tonight at 7 p.m.
