Gators' Luke Miller throws no-hitter against Goldsboro

SEVEN SPRINGS -- Spring Creek's Luke Miller tossed a no-hitter during a 7-0 win over Carolina 1-A Conference foe Goldsboro on Monday evening.
Miller struck out six batters in seven innings and added two hits at the plate. Chad Spurgeon, Allen Coor and Logan Miller each finished with two hits for the Gators.
Jamal Moses tossed a complete game for the Cougars, but suffered the loss.
Spring Creek visits North Duplin today, while Goldsboro plays host to defending conference champion Ayden-Grifton this afternoon.
