Dove scores twice in Warriors' home win

Cameron Dove scored a pair of second-half goals and Eastern Wayne recorded a 5-0 victory over Eastern Carolina 3-A Conference opponent North Lenoir on Tuesday evening in New Hope.
The Warriors got on the scoreboard early as Cheyenne Craft scored off Morgan Cotton's assist in the second minute. Brittany Nash and McKenna Dove both scored in the opening 40 minutes as Eastern Wayne led 3-0 at halftime.
Cotton finished with two assists and Megan Reimer also tallied an assist.
The Warriors (3-2-0 overall, 3-2-0 ECC) entertain South Johnston today.
