CBA softball rallies on the road

DUDLEY -- Charles B. Aycock rallied with two seventh-inning runs and turned back county rival Southern Wayne, 8-7, in Eastern Carolina 3-A Conference play Tuesday evening.
Abbie Walton cranked out four hits and drove in three runs for the Golden Falcons, who regained sole possession of the ECC lead at 5-1. Harris (RBI) and Taylor Bradshaw (RBI) contributed three hits apiece.
Aycock had 14 hits overall.
Harris claimed the win inside the pitcher's circle.
