North Duplin diamond 9 fall to Wallace-Rose Hill

BEULAVILLE -- North Duplin rallied with four runs in the top of the seventh inning, but came up short in an 11-10 loss to Wallace-Rose Hill during day one of Duplin County Easter Tournament on Monday afternoon.
Charlie Mac Holloman and James Britt each had two hits for North Duplin. Trey Pate added one hit and two RBI.
Ced Kornegay took the loss on the pitcher's mound for the Rebels.
North Duplin (8-2 overall) plays in the consolation game today.
