Eastern Wayne matmen pin county rival

DUDLEY -- Eastern Wayne captured seven individual victories and rolled past county rival Southern Wayne, 53-20, on the Eastern Carolina 3-A Conference scene Tuesday evening.
The Warriors (10-10 overall) improved to 3-1 in the ECC.
Craig Smith, Darrian Adkins, Jamel Barrett, Andre Smith, Brice Heller and Romario Torres each pinned their respective opponent. Quadrick Williams scored a technical fall.
Cainen Miller and Josh Ginnity each drew a forfeit.
The Saints' Chris Brinson earned a 59-second pin over the Warriors' Al-Hadi Kegler at 182 pounds. Heavyweight Deonta Hayes pulled out a 3-2 decision against Bryan Wooten.
Nick Kennon logged a tech fall at 138 pounds, while Earle Campbell received a forfeit at 170.
