Rosewood pushed to five sets by Spring Creek

Rosewood survived for a 25-16, 25-17, 23-25, 20-25, 15-10 victory over Carolina 1-A Conference rival Spring Creek on Thursday evening.
Sarah Ford paced the Gators with 16 assists. Rachel McCollum supplied 12 kills and Olivia Martinez had six kills and three aces. Daisey Martinez added four kills.
Crystal Allen and Ellen Morgan cranked out 13 and 11 kills, respectively, for Rosewood. Scout Anderson passed out a team-high 14 assists. Anna Ingram contributed seven assists, three kills and five aces.
Jordan Martens dished out five assists. Kayla Hardee led the defense with nine digs.
Spring Creek (6-8 overall, 3-5 CC) travels to Goldsboro on Tuesday, while Rosewood (13-6, 6-2) is the guest of North Duplin.
