North Lenoir cruises past CBA in ECC soccer

La GRANGE -- North Lenoir scored early and often in a 5-1 win over Eastern Carolina 3-A Conference rival Charles B. Aycock on Monday night.
Michael Allred led the Hawks with one goal and one assist. Doerico Sutton tallied two goals in the win. Oscar Avila and Justin Shimer each scored one goal for North Lenoir.
Jacob Harrison scored the Golden Falcons' goal off rebound that was the result of a missed penalty kick.
Caleb Baird finished with seven saves in the victory.
North Lenoir (5-8-2, 3-4-1 ECC) plays host to Triton on Wednesday, while C.B. Aycock (4-5-3, 3-4-1) entertains South Johnston.
