JV football: Rams stop Golden Falcons

SNOW HILL -- Charles B. Aycock suffered a 22-8 loss on Thursday night at Greene Central.
Logan Edenfield scored on the ground for the Golden Falcons' lone touchdown. Jimmie Ellis led Aycock with 96 yards rushing on 11 carries. Ty Humphries added 80 yards on 20 carries.
Ellis recorded a team-high seven tackles. Bryan Simms and Josh Jones each had six stops. Blake Merril contributed five tackles.
