Chargers' volleyball team defeats East Wake in 4 sets

Wayne Country Day overcame a slow start and defeated East Wake 16-25, 25-14, 25-18, 25-20 on Tuesday evening.
Rachell Uzzell distributed 17 assists for the Chargers. Hannah Pearson added 16 kills and Sarah Crooks contributed 10 kills. Jessica Zhou added five kills.
Wayne Country Day (5-1 overall) plays host to Wayne Christian on Thursday.
