Phillips, Gonzales lead Princeton past SW Edgecombe

PRINCETON -- Princeton put up a stout defensive effort and shutout SouthWest Edgecombe 2-0 on Monday afternoon.
Nick Phillips scored the Bulldogs' opening goal off of an assist from Marcos Gonzales, who later converted an unassisted goal.
Will Toler earned the shutout in goal.
Princeton (2-1-0 overall) travels to Midway on Wednesday.
