SEVEN SPRINGS -- Spring Creek pounded out 15 hits en route to a 15-9 win over Wayne West during Junior Legion baseball action Wednesday night.
Matt Rogers emerged as Spring Creek's leading hitter with three base knocks. Allen Coor, Chad Spurgeon, Trey Hammonds, Ian Ladd and Zack Harrell each finished with two hits in the win.
Harrell earned the win on the pitcher's mound.
Collin Hinnant led Wayne West with two hits.
Wayne West will play host Panther Creek on Friday night. Spring Creek (1-2 overall) travels Wayne North for a doubleheader on Saturday.
