Mitchell picked up the deflection and scored from 10 yards out.

Mount Olive (1-5-1) missed two shot attempts in the overtime period before Blandin converted the game-clinching goal. The Trojans owned a 10-9 edge in shots and keeper Brad Newman logged five saves.
