BENSON -- Three Wayne County North pitchers combined to throw a complete-game shutout en route to an 8-0 victory over Benson on Wednesday night.
Nolan James, Josh Dixon and Jeremy Lancaster provided the mound support.
Ryan Mitchell led the North offense with two hits, including a double. Logan Wicks and Ryan Faucette added two hits apiece.
Wayne North entertains Charles B. Aycock today. First pitch is 7 p.m. at Eastern Wayne High School.
