Walnut Creek LGA
Faye Franklin claimed play-of-the-day honors during weekly tournament action on the Walnut Creek Country Club links.
Hiromi Sueki won low gross. Pete Reaves and Evelyn Rose captured low net and low putts, respectively.
Lane Tree LGA
Betty Jean Gurley emerged the game-of-the-week winner at Lane Tree Golf Club.
Susan Davis and Sherry Minner took low net and low putts, respectively.
Gurley won low gross in second flight competition during an Eastern Ladies League event contested at The Emerald Golf Course in New Bern. Lou Ellen Flowers (low putts) and Linda Hilburn (second low net) also placed in the second flight.
Barbara Hill took low putts in third flight.
