HARTSVILLE, S.C. -- Shequanta McGee and Brittany Miller shared game-high honors with 14 points apiece, and Mount Olive College dumped Coker (S.C.) College 62-51 in a Conference Carolinas women's basketball contest Wednesday evening.

The Trojans snapped a two-game losing streak.

Senior forward Helen Moore recorded her second double-double -- 11 points and a season-high 12 rebounds -- as MOC improved to 3-0 in conference road games this season.

Lotta Aaltonen's offensive putback pulled Coker within four points early in the second half before McGee answered with a 3-pointer to extend Mount Olive's lead to 36-29 with 16:54 left to play. The Trojans failed to score during their next nine possessions until McGee hit a pair of free throws with 11:23 remaining.

Mount Olive forced six turnovers of its own during the span to maintain the lead and set up its game-breaking scoring run. Miller's 3-pointer with 9:05 left on the clock pushed the Trojans' advantage to 47-35.

The Cobras closed the margin to single digits, but Miller hit another 3-pointer and McGee's floater with 3:48 left to play capped a 19-8 run and gave Mount Olive its biggest lead at 55-41.

Coker got as close as nine points in the final 90 seconds, but Andrea Jones' 3-pointer helped Mount Olive build the lead back up to 14. Jones finished with seven points.

Meaghan Vanderhorst collected 10 points, four rebounds and three assists for the Trojans. Miller, who entered the game with only one 3-pointer in four attempts on the season, was 2-for-3 from beyond the arc against Coker.

Mount Olive (5-6 overall, 4-2 CC) travels to Erskine (S.C.) College on Saturday.
