CBA halts Vikings

KINSTON -- Charles B. Aycock earned a much-needed 26-28, 25-20, 25-19, 25-14 win at Eastern Carolina 3-A Conference foe Kinston on Thursday.
Beth Carter led the way with 18 kills and Brittany Jackson had 13 kills. Camille Williams tallied 11 kills and Rachel Jordan pitched in seven aces.
The Golden Falcons (3-5 overall, 1-1 ECC) host Wilson Hunt on Tuesday.
