KINSTON -- Greene Central took out some frustration in a 7-0 victory over South Lenoir in the opening round of the Parrott Invitational.
Coming off a 2-0 loss at the hands C.B. Aycock on Tuesday, the Rams put together a complete performance on offense and defense.
Eric Infante, Ezekiel Gonzalez and Emmanuel Fernandez recorded two goals each, and Ricardo Sanchez capped the scoring with his first goal of the season.
Keeper Julio Arias made 12 saves for Greene Central.
The Rams will be back in action today when they take on the North Lenoir/Parrot Academy winner in the tournament finals at 7 p.m.
