Two-time Cy Young Award winner Tom Glavine held Kinston to three hits and recorded four strikeouts as Myrtle Beach prevailed 17-2 on Monday evening.
Glavine continues to recover from a partially-torn flexor tendon in his elbow. He threw four innings and yielded a bases-loaded walk in the second inning.
Kinston had its four-game win streak snapped.
Glavine is scheduled to pitch for the AA Mississippi Braves later this week.
