Wayne County Dixie Youth 13-14's season comes to a close

SOUTHPORT -- Wayne County's Dixie Youth 13-14 year-old All-Star team had its season come to a close with an 8-3 loss to Clinton in the Dixie Youth State Tournament on Tuesday.
Wayne County starting pitcher Cody Neal allowed just one earned run on two hits in 3 2/3 innings.
Neal also contributed a pair of hits, including a triple. Thomas Kelly and Cole Tisdale added two hits each.
