Kinston dumped Salem 3-2 for its fourth consecutive win Tuesday evening.
Hector Rondon retired seven straight batters during one stretch and finished with six strikeouts. It was his third win in his last four starts.
Luis Perdomo collected his league-leading 14th save of the season.
Cirilo Cumberbatch's RBI sacrifice fly put the K-Tribe in front to stay in the sixth inning.
