List of postponements

Monday's inclement weather forced the postponement of a few events involving Wayne County Public Schools.

The annual Wayne County Boys Track and Field Championships has been rescheduled for Wednesday afternoon. Running and field events begin at 4 p.m. on the Little Big Horn track at Eastern Wayne.

Rosewood's non-conference, home baseball game against Wilson Beddingfield will be contested Wednesday at 6 p.m. The Eagles are 8-8 overall this season, while the Bruins have manufactured just one win in 17 tries.

The Rosewood-Princeton girls' soccer match has been rescheduled for April 29 at 7 p.m. Princeton is unbeaten on the Carolina 1-A Conference scene, while the Eagles are ranked No. 13 in this week's N.C. Soccer Coaches Association 1-A poll.
