KINSTON -- Josh Rodriguez slugged a sixth-inning grand slam and Kinston seized a come-from-behind, 10-8 decision over Wilmington at historic Grainger Stadium on Wednesday afternoon.
Rodriguez's slam, the K-Tribe's first this season, highlighted a six-run uprising. John Drennen scored on a scoring error and Rodriguez (six RBI) supplied an RBI sacrifice fly in the eighth to cap the comeback.
Dan Cevette tossed two innings of one-hit relief and earned his first Carolina League win of the season.
