SNOW HILL -- Snow Hill Post 94's home contest against Edenton on Wednesday was rained out and postponed until June 30.
Snow Hill (6-8 overall) will take a 4-8 mark in Area I East play into Friday's contest at Rocky Mount (7-8, 6-7).

Pete Reaves won the play of the day, Josie Ottavani won low gross while Mary Morris took low net. Sue Wilson claimed low putts.

Wayne County 12, Duplin County 0 -- Wayne County's Taylor Parker and Danielle Irvin combined on a no-hitter in five innings of work in the All-Star district tournament at Grantham. Parker, Jennifer Pate, Sydney Langley, Amanda Casey and Sydney Ocker had one hit each for Wayne County.
