James Kenan tops Hobbton

WARSAW -- James Kenan's Robbie Williams rushed for two, fourth-quarter touchdowns as the Tigers claimed a 12-7 win over Hobbton at Bill Taylor Field on Friday.
The win improves the No. 6 ranked Kenan (5-1 overall) to 3-0 in the Class 1-A Super Six Conference heading into Friday's game against Union.
Williams finished with 127 yards rushing on 23 carries as the Tigers gained 298 yards on the ground on 52 tries. Kenan outgained Hobbton 316-122 on the game, but trailed 7-0 after three quarters.
The Tigers were flagged for ten penalties for 88 yards.
Kenan quarterback Kelvin Miller had four completions on 11 attempts for 18 yards, while rushing for 52 yards. Brian Merriman rushed for 62 yards for the Tigers.
Kenan's Montrell Outlaw added a fumble recovery.
