Mount Olive's Insley takes third

PEMBROKE -- Tim Insley finished third out of 11 runners, but Mount Olive fell to UNC Pembroke 19-38 in a men's cross country dual meet Tuesday afternoon.
Insley ran the 5k course in a time of 17 minutes, 45 seconds and finished 55 seconds out of first place. Christof Franzsen placed sixth (18:55), followed by Fernando Crisosto in eighth (19:34), Rafael Bustos in 10th (20:06) and Alan Fricks in 11th (22:51).
Tamika Goff placing sixth out of 10 runners with a time of 15:09. Becky Garrod finished seventh (15:27) for the women.
