Volleyball -- N. Lenoir remains unbeaten

WILSON -- Randi Moulton and Shannon Plymouth each collected eight kills as North Lenoir swept Wilson Beddingfield 25-14, 25-14, 25-14 in a non-conference match Thursday afternoon.
Moulton and Plymouth also combined for five blocks as the Hawks remained unbeaten in nine outings. They continue play at home next Tuesday against J.H. Rose.
Rachel Cromer provided five kills and four blocks.
Brittany Sanders had 14 perfect serves.
"The entire team did a good job passing, communicating well and playing defense," fourth-year North Lenoir coach Heather Humphrey said.
