LA GRANGE -- The North Lenoir volleyball team may have lost three heavy hitters from last year's squad that advanced to the Class 2-A Eastern finals, but it hasn't slowed down.
The Hawks improved to 8-0 on Wednesday with an impressive three-set sweep of 1-A force Farmville Central.
Brittany Sanders led North with 11 kills, while Randi Moulton had seven kills. Lynch was a rock from the service line, converting 23 of 27 opportunities, while Moulton was 14-of-14, and Plymouth was 8-of-10 with five kills.
