Prep cross-country roundup

PRINCETON -- Charles B. Aycock's Kylie Justo and David Williams claimed first place as the Golden Falcons' boys and girls cross country teams defeated Princeton on the road on Wednesday.
The Falcon girls claimed a 19-44 win, while the Aycock boys had 15 points. The Bulldogs' boys did not have enough runners to figure in the scoring.
Justo ran a 24:45 in the girls meet. Williams turned in a 20:47 outing for the boys.
Princeton's Courtney Yancey (25:31), who took second, was the Lady Bulldogs only top-five finisher. Princeton's Phillip Croom finished seventh with a 23:28.
The Falcons and Bulldogs face-off again on August 23 at Aycock.
