TARBORO -- Greene Central recorded its 11th shutout in 12 outings this season with a 9-0 victory against Tarboro in Carolina/Eastern Plains 1-A/2-A action Thursday afternoon.
The Rams improved to 12-0 overall and 9-0 in the C/EPC heading into Monday afternoon's match at SouthWest Edgecombe.
Andrew Hulbert, Brent Darden, Lin Hall, Chris Hardy, Dustin Grant and Brian Sugg each picked up a straight-set win.
