Tennis -- CBA sweeps West Craven

PIKEVILLE -- Charles B. Aycock lost just three games total in cruising to a 9-0 win at home over West Craven on Wednesday.
Danny Fairchild, Brandon Howard, Sean Kelly, David Williams and Rich Holder all defeated their Eagle opposition in straight sets, while Robbie Pearsall won at number six by default.
The doubles combinations of Fairchild-Kelly and Pearsall-John Ball claimed wins as Howard-Williams at number three doubles also won by default.
Aycock (5-4, 4-2 Class 3-A Eastern Carolina Conference) travels to Southern Wayne on April 6 at 4 p.m.
