PHYLLIS BRYAN HARTZOG

Phyllis Bryan Hartzog died Thursday at Willow Creek Rehabilitation Center of Goldsboro.
Born in Wayne County, she was the daughter of the late Leon A. and Esther Millard Bryan.
Phyllis was very involved in Dudley Volunteer Fire Department and the former Goldsboro Rescue Squad.
As per her request, there will be no formal funeral services, and memorial gifts should be directed to Dudley Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 307, Dudley, N.C., 28333.
Phyllis is survived by her husband, Keith Hartzog; two daughters, Kelly Hartzog Parks and Jessica Hartzog Goldman; two sisters, Dolly Bryan Berge and Everette Bryan Johnson; two grandchildren; and one grandchild on the way.
