Jo Ann Baker Tedder, 75, passed away at SECU Hospice House in Smithfield Wednesday, Aug. 2, 2017.
She was born June 8, 1942, to the late Hubert Preston and Annie Ruth King Baker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Doug Tedder; brothers, Arthur and Claywood Baker; and sisters, Janice Sauls and Brenda Kinlaw.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 5, 2017, at Casey Funeral Home chapel.
She is survived by sons, Ray Harrison (Libby) of Princeton, David Harrison Jr. of Leggett and Vance Edwards (Laurie Ann) of Mount Olive; daughters, Beverly Booth of Greenville and Rhonda Stewart (Clay) of Dudley; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert Baker (Ann) of Clayton and Larry Baker (Barbara) of Micro; and sisters, Betty Hochstine of Four Oaks, Teresa Redman (Bill) of Chesapeake, Va., and Connie Finello (John) of Royston, Ga.
The family will receive friends Saturday, Aug. 5, 2017, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Casey Funeral Home chapel.
