LOUISE C. STAFFORD

Louise Coombs Stafford, 87, passed away at Wayne UNC Health Care on Saturday evening. She is the daughter of the late Lloyd Zane and Kate Farrior Coombs, and the widow of Lloyd Milford Stafford. She was one of 11 children. Mrs. Stafford had worked for Delray Produce Co. as a bookkeeper.
A graveside service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
Mrs. Stafford is survived by her brothers, Wilbur O. Coombs and wife, Jane of Conway, N.C. and R.E. Coombs and wife, Ola B. of Townville, S.C.; and several nieces and nephews.
