Elizabeth Watkins Jones, 87, Goldsboro, died Sunday at Willow Creek Nursing Home.
She was the daughter of the late Dowdy and Annie Deans Watkins, and wife of the late Garland Jones.
A funeral service will be held Thursday evening at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends following the funeral service.
Committal services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs. Jones is survived by a son, Charles Michael Jones and wife, Michelle, of Goldsboro; a daughter, Sandra Faye Miller and husband, Wes, of Tampa, Fla.; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughters, Annie Ruth Wiggins and Marilyn Elizabeth Gore; brothers, Howard and Junior Watkins; and a granddaughter, Raven Hall.
