Saleem Speight, 38, Snow Hill, died Tuesday at Vidant Medical Center.
Funeral was 11:30 a. m. Saturday at S. Connor Memorial chapel. Interment was in Sand Hill Church Cemetery.
He was the son of Chinetta Edwards of Plainfield, N J.
